I had forgotten what Indian cities were like, filth upon heaps of filth, heart in mouth taxi driving complete with harrowing Indiana jones escapes, impossible buildings with intricate detail and scalloped arches. the chocking diesel fumes, explosively colored saris flying past the window, the beggars, God the beggars, men sleeping in piles beside taxis.
